> EASY PURCHASE PROCESS: When you click the respective Buy
Now button, at right, you'll enter your credit card number and e-mail
address – secure with PayPal (if you’re not a PayPal member, follow the
easy steps to sign up for free quickly). You enter your shipping
(mailing) address for verification purposes only. As soon as your
credit card is approved by PayPal, a receipt of the sales transaction
will be sent to your e-mail address and one to Mr. Sports Travel's
e-mail. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. All sales are final.
There are no refunds or exchanges.
Buying a gift? If you would like a guide(s) e-mailed to a third party
(as a gift, for example), just type the recipient's e-mail address and
any message in the PayPal "message" box, or e-mail Mr. Sports Travel with the details.
> IMMEDIATE DISTRIBUTION: Mr. Sports Travel e-mail's the PDF
guide(s) within 24-48 hours of purchase, or as soon as the transaction
clears your account and our account; if you are using an "e-check" for
example, it will take a few days. The guide is e-mailed to the e-mail address
used to complete the transaction. If you prefer the guide be
e-mailed to another e-mail address, note this in the PayPal “message
box" with the other e-mail
address or e-mail Mr. Sports Travel.
You'll know you received the guide(s) you purchased when you see an
e-mail subject line that reads: "Attached: and the name of the guide
you purchased." Extremely rarely, the guide(s) bypass an "InBox" and
end up in a "Bulk" or Spam" e-mail folder, so check there also! If it's
not there either, please e-mail Mr. Sports Travel.
> HOW TO BEST USE THE GUIDES: Guides are received via
e-mail as a PDF attachment.
The guides can also be easily viewed and utilized on a mobile device: iPhone, Android and Blackberry.
Once you've opened the guide, ensure you
have “Bookmarks” activated. If not, simply click the “Window” tab, then
“Show Bookmarks.” Some can also tap F5 or F6 on their keyboard or click
“Bookmarks” to the left. Bookmarks let you “jump” to any team without
having to scroll past endless pages. It makes using the guide a breeze! Use the resourceful planning
information and Web links inside each team profile to buy the right
tickets, book a flight and more. If for some reason you can't activate the Bookmarks, please e-mail Mr. Sports Travel. The guide also lets you easily print out only the pages you need for your trip!
